The 60th Annual Meeting of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) is being held from Monday 23 to Friday 30 June 2008 at the Sheraton Santiago Hotel and Convention Centre in Santiago, Chile.

As in previous years the Institute of Cetacean Research will be broadcasting the IWC Plenary Meeting and press conferences to the world through the internet.

The IWC60 Live Internet Webcast is available at: http://www.e-kujira.or.jp/iwc/iwcmeeting.html starting from 23 June 2008.

The purpose of this broadcast is to promote the correct understanding on the nature and content of the discussions being held at the IWC Annual Meeting.
